  • hello there I have tried WW and did quite well to start with but it's expensive and a pain working out the points. All foods have calories printed for you so i find MFP simpler to use so thats what i'm sticking with but I suppose its whatever suits your life style and circumstances. good luck with whatever you decide to…

  • you have done so amazingly well dont beat yourself up over 3 pounds look what youve gained with your weight loss and keep up the good work....as for the surgery i would be in the queue for it if my GP would co operate but i cant afford to go private and the NHS wont do it....bless them :cry:
