Oh my gosh I eat SO much on my rest day too ahha!! I wouldn't worry to much about it. I'd just (as other's have said) focus on the week :)

I have a first date tonight - the first 'first date' since high school. I would make sure you're getting a lot of water in. Also exercise, great for your complexion - so I'm told. I decided to go to Lush and get some nice body rub and just take the day off to paper myself. Later myself in body cream, shave the legs, burned…

I used optifast to kick start my weight loss and help break unhealthy food patterns. I lost 3kg (6.6lbs) in the first week. I quite often have the shake for breakfast as they're really easy and tasty as well as being balanced. I think this program is really good and covers all bases, but it is hard haha :P

This has been a long time in the making. The before was destructive eating habits, unhealthy exercise and horrid depression. The current is healthy, balanced eating, a good relationship with exercise and a happier life. Still work to go inside and out, but I'm kind of proud. Still got another 6kg to go before I get my body…

ON is THE BEST!

I really think bodybuilding.com is a really great website because they have all the info in once place as well as lots of plans to suit your needs. One thing I would recommend is using measurements or BF scales to help track your progress rather than just focusing on the weight. Another thing would be to add some HIIT…

For a few reasons: 1. It is on trend 2. Insurance is a ***** 3. Normally smaller and capped numbers 4. Pretty much a group PT session 5. You normally pay a month fee and are able to come to as many sessions as you want, so you might do 2 a day 7 times a week (if you were crazy) Also, proper technique is really important…

Hey, I'm trying to recover from bulimia. I've had an ED since around the age of 10 and have been hospitalised with anorexia twice as well as for depression. I'm currently going through a relapse. So would really love some support and some help to get out of the b/p cycle :)

As someone who's had an eating disorder for 13 years with hospitalisations, I'd go to your GP so they can recommend someone for you to talk to. There is no shame with this, and the best thing is knowing that there is something wrong. Hopefully you can nip this in the bud.

Woo!! Thanks for posting!!

I love your jumper. And you look amazingly beautiful!!

I'm neither new to dieting or MFP, but after depression, illness and injury I've put on way too much weight. The aim is to lose 40lbs by March next year. I can't wait to get back to being my active healthy self.

I'm vegetarian, so I LOVE LOVE chickpeas! Use caned chickpeas because dried often have bugs in them, not so awesome. 1. Mix them through a normal salad, or make a chickpea salad which I eat as a side. 2.This is chickpeas with diced red pepper, red onion, coriander, tomato with some olive oil, Moroccan spice mix... very…

Recovering anorexic and bulimic, so I know binging too well.

Kimich's health, though. You'd just have to drink a stack load of water due to salt.

Dried fruit!! Dried: mango, pineapple, dates, figs, pawpaw. Banana chips, carob honeycomb... carob dates. Haha, it's all sort of strange food. Once a week I buy a small serve of these sort of things to treat myself, but not enough to blow out.

A bit of DYI. Lean mince, cooked with some onion, garlic, herbs and spices - then use a couple of sheets of filo pastry. I mean, it's not as healthy as a salad... but it's how you can have your sausage roll minus the guilt.

One of the ways I've been told to replace calories are with Sustagen Sport. It's nutritious and it's designed for people who exercise/busy/need to gain weight. The come in 250ml poppers, so having two of those a day wouldn't be too hard. Hope that helps

I enjoy healthy food, so it makes things easier. I love fresh fruit for breakfast, with yoghurt, dried fruit... sometimes a banana smoothie (2 bananas, scoop of soy ice cream, bit of splenda and some instant coffee blended ice and a bit of fat free soy milk - delicious and super healthy). Wholegrain toast with some avocado…

I'm recovering from anorexia. It's hard. I don't really know what to say other than *hugs*

Normally I have weet-bix with banana, or blueberries and yoghurt. But I made Dahl the other day, so I heated up some of that for breakfast! It was pretty good!!

1. Sugar free jello 2. Miso soup 3. Frozen berries 4. Quorn Cottage Pie 5. Subway Veggie Delite Wrap 6. Stir fred vegetables 7. Carrots and hummus 8. Sashimi 9. Amazing chickpea salads 10. Aduki beans

I ate 250g of carob honeycomb, a bowl of cocopops and 8 cookies today. So don't worry. I feel bad too, but the thing to remember is that you souldn't feel bad because you'll get in the habit of punishing yourself with food. Bad. Hugs from afar.

WOW WOW WOW. I hope that you feel good inside and out. You should, you look amazing.

I think it's more that it's this sort of boredom eating... and it frustrates me why I'm doing it when I'm not even hungry. Haha, it's like I'm just looking for something to do.

I think I might take this on board. I'm normally very active, on average 4 hours of exercise a day (running, swimming training, yoga and weights training or ballet) but my apartment building has a gym, so I might check out the tredmil when it's back in service (I live in Brisbane and got hit by some floods) But, yes - good…

I just count my cleaning and error running etc in my daily level of activity. I know that I spend a lot of time running up and down stairs, walking up to shops, walking to bus stop, cleaning. So I just have said that I'm got a moderate level of activity.

Oh the dreaded buffet. I guess I shouldn't be too upset because I'm still under my calorie intake. You've got till Wednesday - you'll be fine!!!:flowerforyou:

I think Cold Turkey wold be a wonderful idea! Haha, I don't think my willpower is strong enough to do it on ALL junk! I think I might try that with the exception to one meal a week. I have a friend over or go to my parents or go out for a meal once a week, so if I can make healthy choices for that one meal a week and…

Just googled South Beach - ahah, not friendly for the vegetarians! Trying to get the junk food out, but it's sneaking in there :P
