I tell myself I was fat and unhealthy and had no stamina......I am off to Miami and Key West in September and don't want to be tired I want to explore. I have a goal and the best way to keep motivated is to have one for yourself.

My stomach disappeared by just cutting out white carbs, pasta, bread, cakes oh and sugar.....they all bloat your stomach out. Within the first week my stomach had started to disappear. I am now doing sit ups to try and tone what is left (and there is still alot). The only way to get rid of the mid rift is cardio exercise…

Mostly people lose the weight, feel hungry, 6 weeks later end up weighing more than when they started!! Reduce your calories, increase your exercise and eat more healthily!! The only way forward. If you want a clean out go for colonic .......

I had my children early, I feel it is was the best thing I ever did, my kids are now 16 and 18 and I am 40. I agree. I can do everything on the app except look at the groups and forums. It is so frustrating. Hopefully they will change this sooner rather than later.:grumble:

The way I cope is to have 4 meals a day. I eat every 3-4 hours. Start with a hearty breakfast. Fruit and yoghurt about 11 am then lucnch about 1.30-2 and then dinner 5-6. I have found this has helped with stop reaching for the bad foods as I don't feel hungry. I hope this helps.:smile:

You are the inspiration I needed, just seeing how amazing you look is enough to make anyone determined. I have PCOS, Fibromyalgia and I have had a thyroidectomy. I needed to see someone who has succeeded to give me that push. I join the gym today to try and push even further. Thanks, such an inspiration!!!
