I would suggest one with heart rate. Charge hr, blaze, or surge. I have the blaze and love it. It automatically tracks activities and breaks them down. The Alta does not to hr or flights of stairs. The charge hr does not have changeable bands nor does the surge.

What phone do uou have? If you are wearing your fitbit during said exercise no you don't add it anywhere let the fitbit do its thing. What fitbit do you have?

Definitely try and divide your calories up more then three meals. With 1870 cals a day you could eat 311 cals over 6 meals. Make sure you get plenty of protein. Google glycemic index load and reactive hypoglycemia.

If it's just your heel you could have a heel spur. Put your foot in some ice let it sit for a while and then rub your heel on the ice cubes. It'll cause the spur to break off.

I work nights and have for 3yrs now. My schedule is kinda messed up. I work sometimes 1 night then off a couple or work several in a row then off 1. I guess it depends If i have extra cal during the night then ill eat them. Probably not much help to you if you work a more consistant schedule then I do. As for the exercise…
