Truly amazing! You might know my friend Jim Crosby who has also had tremendous success with Harvey Brooker. Keep up the good fight!

I am. I counted for about 6 months in maintenance mode then let it go. I track exercise and reassess with the mirror and how my clothes fit  it frees up the rigour (and stress) with which you intensely monitor each calorie. Just have to be not pigging out on poor choices too often.

Great choice! Good for you

Way to go!

Lol. My magic number was 25 as well.

I think many of us totally relate to this NSV!

That's great news! Keep up the good fight!

Sometimes I feel like this too. I find maintenance tougher than losing. As others have said it's tricky.

Wow. You can really tell the difference!

Bang on! Did the same thing and got the results of a lifetime!

Yes!

I would say no. However, I found it changed some people's behaviours around me though.

I don't know if this will aggravate your elbow, but I've worked the lower pecs hard with progressively heavier dips. I found that they define that area by isolating it better than other exercises. I tie up to 100 lbs of weights on a belt and crank out 10 reps for 6 sets after warming up. Good luck

You can keep sampling different types, and different preparations, and over time of tolerating it, you might acquire a liking for it. It's like a lot of things we learn to enjoy as we experience new foods and recipes.

I agree with the feedback. Don't put up with it. Although it's easier said then done. A supportive partner wouldn't make you feel crappy like and life's too short to suffer unnecessarily.
-
Agreed! Personally, I find that I was so intensely focused into the rhythm of getting to the goal that sometimes I felt a void of "what now?" once I got there. Give yourself some time and perhaps space. You've done it...congratulations!

I find that I balance them out...and it depends on areas of improvement I'm focusing on. I really like the way that weights tone and shape my body and with proper nutrition and diet, the burning of calories isn't too concerning. I do enjoy the benefits of cardio now though and it certainly helps when I resumed…

Really nice!
