Generally speaking, have you ever noticed that "yesterday's" bodybuilders' life span is no greater (and often shorter) than average people? You would think that working out and eating all the right things would make them live much longer than they actually do....even breaking records for old age. Isn't promoting healthy…

Old age and treachery
Has anyone else experienced weakness in the legs, particularly the knee(s), where once "iron" strength existed? Perhaps a symptom of age, abuse etc. but is it recoverable with rehab or rest or conditioning...or is it inevitable to be as good as you can at whatever age and not stress out? :huh:

Do you avoid these? What if there is a family (or other) function held there? ...perhaps just write it off as not getting your $$ worth and consider it a test of your willpower! :ohwell:

For those who have reached their goal, did you change your targets or do you stay conservative and aim for slight weight loss?

Inputting food & exercise BEFORE you do it
Do you find it easier to be disciplined (sticking to your targets) when you load MFP early in the day? Maybe the whole thing?
