Has anyone else experienced weakness in the legs, particularly the knee(s), where once "iron" strength existed? Perhaps a symptom of age, abuse etc. but is it recoverable with rehab or rest or conditioning...or is it inevitable to be as good as you can at whatever age and not stress out?
