  • I eat a good breakfast, maybe a salad or fruit for lunch and a big dinner mainly because i cook supper for husband and it's a full sit down meal... but so far along with my exercise it has been working for me :)

  • MFP does let you track alcohol...I do it under my snacks and have found most everything I have put in.
  • It is good if you are looking to clean out the intestines... But it's not something I would do for every meal... Maybe like everyday for lunch for a week or so... But i would still eat normal good healthy foods for your other meals.

  • Have you tried push ups... I really find that they make my core muscles sore, so must be working my tummy muscles.
  • i have whole wheat toast with a little whipped dressing(mayo) with a sliced hard boiled egg and some pepper... Keeps me full and its quick if you have some pre boiled eggs :) if you want vegs, add some fresh spinach leaves
