Hey guys looking for ideas on my daily coffee break/graham crack routine.

Baby carrots and a tablespoon or two of peanut butter, yum!
Also, almonds are great, pistachios are pretty good too (just time consuming if you buy them in the shell), or any fresh fruit.0 -
Yogurt
Individual boxes of cereal
Reduced fat cheese Sticks
Pistachios
veggies w/ light dip or dressing
lean protein (I'll just snack on turkey breast sometimes)0 -
I take a thermos flask of veggie soup to work and have a mug of that at tea break time.0

well, if you r like me i like salt.... so try some baby dill pickles... very tasty and solve the salt craving!0

i usually go with an apple and pretzels... but my snacks are much bigger than the average person calorically0
