Yes, I say it is. I love a can of tuna over a home made salad. Its packed full of protein, low in calories and low in fat. An ideal meal in my opinion.

Well done. Your looking great. :-)

I agree, using the app on my phone is the easiest way to log whilst out and about. Once you get into the habit of logging your food, it will become second nature. As soon as I plan on eating I grab my phone or head to my laptop. Good luck

You need to use a bit of common sense when you first start using the MFP database. Try using exact titles when searching, compare the database nutrition to the side of the packets and bags the food came in. Try selecting foods with "confirmations", that way you know other MFP users have checked and are happy with the…

C25K is the way you need to start. I started running in Jan this year and am now running 7 miles (11.2k) regularly. Back in Jan I couldn't even run 1 mile without dyeing. I cant recommend C25K enough.

Well done :)

I suggest you make your diary public in order for some hints and tips on your food choices.
-
When you first set up you profile what selection did you make for your daily activity ie sendatory etc. If your on the move all day (nursing) you should have selected a more active profile for MFP to alter your calories.

Drink a pint of wather straight after you eat. It helps fill you up some more and then your busy doing other things and forget about eating. I can relate to this though, i'm not hungry until after i've ate if that makes sense........

If you click on goals / Change Goals (green button at the bottom) then click custom / continue you can then alter the % of your Daily Nutritional Goal targets. I hope this is the info you are after.

I've been using MFP for over 3 months now and have been active in the forums. I can honestly say all the people I have replied to or have replied to me have been very friendly with great advice, tips and general help. We have a great online community here and great tools to help achieve our goals. I Love MFP :-)

I can fully understand how work commitments away from your home or normal place of work can place extra pressures on how you would normally eat and exercise. We all like routine and being taken out of our routines can cause havoc to our healthy eating and exercise regimes. Personally, I would just write the week off and…
