Water, electrolytes and dark green veggies. If you really are feeling crappy, and it goes on for a while, there's no issue in using a laxative (but don't overuse them!!)

Me please! Fell off the bandwagon and now I want to get it under control even with Christmas and other holidays around the corner! 5'8 with the aim to lose around 25lbs.

Up the cardio and cut the junk. Also cut the white carbs. Protein and veg heavy diet + lots of sweaty cardio + water + fibre = shredding the pounds :) Edit: Obviously not a long term diet !

Spinning classes. One hour of pain, but I feel so good after, and I definitely need someone shouting at me to go!
