The best pre-workout drink is honestly just a cup of coffee with like a teaspoon or two of sugar. The powders are full of chemicals, which is hard on the liver and kidneys. I always find that if I have a cup of coffee 1 hour before my workout I can lift more and ride more miles on the stationary bike.

It is well-known that there is much debate around the BMI charts. For one, there is no universal BMI chart, for instance you can look up BMI charts for other parts of the world and they have some drastic differences with the American one. So no, it's not a fact that I am in a healthy range.
