Roasting broccoli is amazing. Also, try spaghetti squash instead of pasta with marinara. If you roast the squash it's really delicious. My kids love it.

Make sure you look at the bar graph for caloric intake. When I started following that, I started holding myself more accountable everyday. Weekends suck because you're around people that aren't logging and being strike with what they are eating. Just take it slow, you'll get there :)

Water weight. If you eat a lot of sodium the day before and don't drink enough water to flush it out your body will hold it like sponge. It sucks :(

I was, unfortunately, very heavy (215 at my heaviest) but with MFP and working out 3-4 times a week I've managed to lost 46 pounds so far. I'm always looking for motivation and friends :) Whatever you want to know about me just ask I'm terrible with this "getting to know you" stuff..

Cutting out refined carbs and soda will help you lose lots of weight as well :)

I started an awesome weight loss challenge at my gym two weeks ago. I'm going super hardcore and I'm down ten points already! I plan on being down to 20 in 8 weeks! I'll be at my goal by then, I hope.

Awesome job! It's hard to tell sometimes because it's such a gradual change. I'm currently on a plateau and I'm trying really hard not to fall back into old habits. I've added walking a mile everyday on top of going to the gym twice a week ... but I swear it's so hard to keep those old habits at bay!! Any suggestions?

I have felt that way towards thin people. I've refered to them as skinny Bs before. Now that I am down 42 lbs (13 to go) I don't feel the same towards those people.
