When I converted to a paleo diet I lost all desire to snack. The added protein and fat keeps you full.

My body fat percentage in high school wsa 13%. Over the last few years it got quite a bit higher than that, but with diet and exercise I've wrestled it back down to 14-15%. My goal for this year is to have a body fat percentage under 10% for the first time in my life!
