Hey I'm trying to loose another 27lbs and I've cut out the carbs/kept them to an absoloute minimum making carb sources from fruit/veg and unrefined grains like bulgar wheat, wholemeal rice, quinoa, sweet potato. I've lost nearly 20lbs already but my weight is plateuing so I'm not sure this very low carb diet is affecting…

I wouldn't mind 2 months, but obviously as a girl who wants to look good in a bikini on holiday I wanted the results a little sooner. I've been slowly loosing weight, as you can see I've lost a stone 7lbs over 3 months but I was just interested in seeing if there was anyway to boost extra weight loss over a month or so....

I eat 6 meals every 2-3 hours so I'm eating quite a lot, often! But as I eat quite healthy the foods are not that calorific so I'd have to up the portion size more than anything and maybe change a protein shake for lunch and have an actual meal. I really get anxious that I'm gonna put the weight all back on by eating…

I think I am getting a phobia of eating food, even though I understand I NEED the energy as I am fairly active. I just don't want to get back to the old me that's why.... How many calories should I be increasing it to??
