Loose a stone in a month?! Is this even possible?

I'm around 11 stone 8 and I want to loose a stone in roughly a month/six weeks.
I've been healthy eating for a while, lost a stone and 7lbs over 2-3 months but I need an extra kick as my holiday is about a month away now.
Is there any tips to achieve this?
I go to the gym roughly 4/5 times a week, 45 mins of HITT cardio each time (treds, crosstrainer and rower) then I do about half an hour of free weights in 3 of these workouts.
I also eat 1,2000 calories a day, unfortunetly sometimes less. I don't really up my intake when I exercise (even though I should) and I've noticed the weight isn't dropping off like it was over 2 months ago - maybe I'm not eating enough calories?
I was on Herbalife but I thought it was a waste of money as I'm a student and only have a p/t job!! I have cheaper PHD DIet Whey as meal replacements for breakfast and lunch then have healthy protein snacks and a protein w/ veg dinner. If I know I workout I'll have one scoop rather than two scoops of protein for my breakfast and lunch meaning I have 'earnt' myself and allowed myself the calories for a protein shake post-exercise.
I sometimes have brown rice/quinoa after workouts but I have now developed a carb-phobia being scared if I eat any I will go back to being a overweight 13 stone
So yeah...any suggestions to help me boost extra weight loss please!!!

I think I am getting a phobia of eating food, even though I understand I NEED the energy as I am fairly active. I just don't want to get back to the old me that's why....
How many calories should I be increasing it to??0 -
@DiyaMommy in England its about 14 pounds xx0

If it helps your anxiety, I got to goal eating 2000 calories every day x0

I eat 6 meals every 2-3 hours so I'm eating quite a lot, often! But as I eat quite healthy the foods are not that calorific so I'd have to up the portion size more than anything and maybe change a protein shake for lunch and have an actual meal.
I really get anxious that I'm gonna put the weight all back on by eating normally, my friends are worried I'm going into eating disorder mode....0 -

14 pounds = 1 stone. 2 months would be more realistic.0 -
I wouldn't mind 2 months, but obviously as a girl who wants to look good in a bikini on holiday I wanted the results a little sooner. I've been slowly loosing weight, as you can see I've lost a stone 7lbs over 3 months but I was just interested in seeing if there was anyway to boost extra weight loss over a month or so....0

I lost 14.5 lbs in 1 month and 3 weeks. :-) I agree, 2 months is a more realistic goal...0
