Did this a few years ago and have tried thinking about balancing PFC. I had a hard time with snacks being balanced. I got sick of the muffins and hard boiled eggs.

I just had reduction May 7th, 2013 and its the best decision I ever made. Wish I would have done it sooner! Trying to get started exercising...mainly just walking like I always do, but trying to pick up the pace a bit.
