I have another question, could it be hard to lose weight for me since i'm only 165 pounds at 5'8?

im guesstimating lol I dont know how to weigh my food...... and i just made it public I think.

whats a TDEE? and im 5'8 165 pounds... I go to the Gym everyday to play basketball just for fun, but my job is a dance Choreographer and everyday im practicing so im pretty exhausted after that. and I dont know what a BMI or Mfp and all that stuff is, I was just told to come on this site and follow the rules lol
