  • So glad to see other people struggle with figuring out when to eat their meals! I do my meals from midnight to midnight but it can be really confusing with sleeping in between those meals. Sometimes I feel like maybe I'm eating too much from the time I wake up until I go back to sleep since it's really 2 different days.…

  • Wow I can't imagine trying to fit in 2 workouts a day with this schedule. Good luck with that and let us know how it works out for you. I'd love to fit in 2 workouts a day, but can't even figure out how to get 1 in every day yet.

  • So glad I found this group & other people who find it hard to make the time to workout while on this shift. Everyone who is NOT on this shift normally tells me to treat my day like I would if I was on a normal shift... I don't think people really understand how hard this shift can be. I never get a full 8 hours of sleep…

  • bump looks delicious
  • When I did 30DS I only lost inches not pounds. And it actually helped me feel more in shape to start other more difficult workouts
  • great job! you look amazing
  • wow you look amazing! I lost 50 lbs and don't look anywhere near as good as you did at your 50 lb mark. Now I have about 70 lbs more to lose. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the great work
  • I am 5'2" and my goal weight is around 130-140 but I am not setting an absolute weight.... when I get closer to my goal I will decide based on how I feel about how I look and how I feel about my fitness level. I'm not going to allow a chart to tell me where I should be... if I reach something I am satisfied with and it…
  • You look FANTASTIC from the weight loss. Ignore those people and do not allow them to slow you down or stop you from succeeding. I know for me personally when I lose weight I start to feel fatter than I did when I was bigger.. which is weird. But when I look back at the pictures of me then and now I can see a difference…
  • awesome! Checked out your blog too, and you can see a huge difference not only in your face but everywhere. Your shirt looks so big on you now! Keep it up and soon you will be posting your final goal weight pictures

  • That's a good idea, I was just thinking something small in case I had to store it in my locker or the little closet we have a work. I know some of the pedal exercisers fold up which is convenient and the stepper and elliptical don't seem too big.
  • Don't be afraid to increase your calories. I felt the same way but as soon as I switched to the TDEE method I actually lost more. MFP just allows room for you to eat exercise calories, but the TDEE method includes that already. There are great posts on here that really help to explain it and depending on how much you want…
  • they were nasty! I bought the miracle noodle I think it was... comes in a liquid in a pouch and it smells awful. They are clear and thick... the texture alone bothered me. It had no flavor even when I added some sauce to it, the texture was just too much
  • 130 squats done! Ended up having to cancel the dentist appointment today so I only took the rest day from my Combat workout. I'm loving the squats, but think I need to do some sumo squats or something else to help my inner thighs.
  • 70 crunches finished! I am really going to hate this when we reach the 100s! My abs were so sore after 70 regular, 70 to the right, and 70 to the left. OUCH Tomorrow is a rest day but I'll most likely be switching it for Thursday due to a dentist appoint in the morning and being numbed.... won't feel like working out after…
  • Did 110 squats... not as bad as I thought! Not sure I'll be saying that on the last day of the squat challenge. Although tomorrow is the rest day I may have to switch it with Thursday because I have a dentist appoint that will take a good part of the morning and don't know that I'll feel like doing any workout after being…
  • Sorry haven't posted, been a busy few days. I did complete day 9 & 10 (both had to happen after midnight before bed cause I had a lot going on but I managed to get them both done) 100 & 105 squats.... I better have a nicer butt after this challenge haha And later today will be day 11... 110!!!! Hope everyone is sticking to…
  • Wow you look fantastic! Such an inspiration!!! Thanks for sharing, I hope that when I reach almost a year of being on MFP I will have some progress pics to share!
  • Day 7 Done! Had to do 40 squats than did my crunch challenge then finished the other 40. My legs were sore today if I went straight through I think my form would have been messed up.
  • Day 7 finished... 50 crunches, 50 to the right, 50 to the left. YAY for tomorrow being a rest day! ENJOY it everyone
  • Day 6- 45 crunches & 45 to the right, 45 to the left finished.
  • Day 6- Finished 75 squats!
  • Today was Day 4- Combat 60 Cardio Fighter (so far this is my absolute favorite of them all). There are a couple of the combinations it takes me awhile to learn them and get them right, but I'm actually starting to do some jump kicks now.
  • You look awesome! Keep up all the hard work and you will reach your next goal. Thanks for the motivation and inspiration I really needed today.
  • Did my squats, then did 40 regular crunches before doing my Combat 60 workout... totally forgot that the end of Combat 60 has some ab work... so after that even though my abs were burning I did the 40 to the right and 40 to the left. Now my abs are on fire!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Hope everyone enjoyed the rest day before doing today's squats. Finished day 5... all 70 squats without stopping! (glad I did this BEFORE Combat 60 cause I don't think I would've been able to do 10 without stopping if I did it after that workout)
  • I was wondering the same thing... I'm around the same height and weight as you. I see all these shows with people who weigh a lot more than I do and can manage to run and eventually they learn to love it, becoming great runners. I kept telling myself those people usually have a Dr nearby every time they are running which…
  • Day 3 complete, did all 60 straight. I still have to do my Les Mills Combat, my legs are sore and will definitely be looking forward to the rest day tomorrow.
