Push Em by Travis Barker & Yelawolf is my favorite song to run to right now. I like listening to Rise Against , old Green Day, & Memphis May Fire. There is a band called Heart To Heart who i've been listening to a lot at the gym as well

Thanks! I have the exercise and calorie deficit part down. I just recently learned about the BMR, haven't researched the other one though. I'm pretty bad about logging my calories. I do it but most of the time it's just a guess unless i'm scanning a label.
