  • I'm currently on Day3 of this diet.... I know its not a long term ideal, but I have a short term need to lose weight quickly and so far this is working.. not suprising when its so low in carbs, protein, fat etc etc I made the soup with paprika and roasted peppers along with some cajun seasoning, I then blended it all..…
