  • i've read somewhere that you shouldn't eat more then 25 grams of ADDED sugar, that includes sugars you'd put in your oatmeal, or cereal, or tea or coffee. or sugars in junk food like candy and ice cream. (although ice cream you can probably divide that by about 1/3 and take 2/3 because some of that sugar is natural from…

  • i used to be the same way! i can't drink bad coffee black, but i can drink it now with just a splash of skim milk. i found that weaning myself off the creamer and sugar and into low fat milk was the best option. just reduce it by 1/4th each week. or 1/10th each day. eventually you will train yourself to like it differently

  • if you can afford to move out then you can absolutely afford to buy your own groceries. make it a habbit and don't even eat with your family anymore. eat only the food you buy.
  • thats why i kept going back to calorie count, i like the nutrition grade it gave everything and what it gave me. (plus it made recoommendations based on what i needed for future days. like less sodium, more potassium, etc) but i hate calorie count because the database is a joke. this place's database is so much better.
  • being able to walk into any store and buy any of the clothes iwant. i hate having to look at tags and realize that it doesn't go up to my size.
