green healthy salads everyday for lunch and dinner. (salad dressing on the side, dip your fork in the dressing and then the salad to really limit the dressing.) eat as healthy as you can, limit portions, chew slowly and enjoy it. Be very active, you have time. I splurge a little bit on vacation, but not much. It took a lot…

This^^ You should feel insulted.

For those of you with the helpful serious answers thank you.. For the rest of you, ROTFLMAO:laugh:       I had no idea measuring peanut butter was this funny.

Appreciate how far you have come by taking before and after pics. If you don't have any before, take a pic of you in your old cllothes. I reached my first goal and wasn't quite happy so lost another 5. I'm happy with the weight now. Take up running, it's cheap and fun. You still have to strength train in between runs.

Wow congratulations on your loss. Awesome reward. Have fun on your trip.

congratulations on your half!

I did celebrations for every 5 lbs. Running socks, running shorts, running bra, running top, workout pants, running hat and so on. I lost 30 lbs and I was going for every trick in the book to get me there. I am at goal. I'm thinking about celebrations for maintaining my weight. For maintenance, a new dress for New years…

All of the above but please call the teacher and tell her that the other kids are bullying the friend. That is not good. Please make sure they put a stop to that as well.

Me too! i'm at 121. I'd like to be 120 with a cushion for normal fluctuations. I run and work out at the gym. My motivation to eat less has gotten weaker so I'm going to stick here for the holidays and then review things.

RunnersWorld says people traing for a half or a marathon sometimes end up gaining weight. That much exercise makes you really hungry. Eat but be careful not to out eat your legs.
-
yay, keep up the good work

You could carry a back pack with 23 lbs on the treadmill to get your old calorie burn back :) Congratulations

It took me forever to lose the last 2 pounds. I was getting a little lax on the plan since I looked pretty good in the mirror. I had a lng talk with myself and buckled down on the eating and the exercising. It still took a couple of weeks after the buckle down to lose the last 2 lbs.

I eat my exercise calories. I run to eat. I lost 30 lbs and I'm at my goal. Agree with poster above that MFP is designed for you to eat your exercisie calories. TDEE is not.

Thanks everybody!

Way to go and congratulations!

I did 5 lb goals because I personally needed lots of rewards to lose weight. I got myself exercise clothes off the internet. You don't have to go into the store. I got running socks, running pants, running shirt, running bra, running hat and so on. I also bought an expensive glass for water. I wanted it to make drinking…

I eat my exercise calories. The MFP diet is designed for you to eat your exercise calories. Be careful not to overestimate your calories. You get rewarded for exercising by getting more calories. I've lost 30 lbs eating my exercise calories.

Wow, it does make a big diference. You look great.
