Yep i agree with above add nuts and seeds to meals. Butter over vegetables is just so tasty :smile: Extra virgin olive oil over my salads and vintage cheese! I like this website for ideas: http://www.thebantingchef.co.za/recipes2.html

Cheers for the comments everyone! @jaina08 I'd say my biggest change came in the last 2 weeks of Insanity, weight started to come off quite quickly and i felt so much stronger! I started my round 2 and am on Day 5 which was Pure Cardio, forgot how crazy that one was!! Good luck everyone!

I'm not following the plan but am working on TDEE -20% so i net 1450 which means i eat back my exercise calories i generally eat about 1800-2000 calories per day. Jo

Hi, I'm a member at the Highbury Black Label and really like the gym. They have lots of classes a pool, sauna, steam room and spin room. Thanks everyone, i enjoyed reading other peoples stories & results when i had first started so i'm glad you like my write up. I'm very happy with my results, still work in progress for me though. Next for me is Round 2, starting on Tuesday 9th April. I can't wait!!
