Just to top my morning off... I just locked myself out of my running car while I cleaned 5 inches of snow off of it in 30 degree weather! Now to find my spare key before it runs out of gas. Damn West Virginia winters.

I don't care if people give me advice, but when I say I already know something and don't need to hear it a thousand and one times, that's all they do. I didn't contradict myself. I'm asking what exercises help with fat loss. Doing burpees are more effective than doing curls. I want to know exercises that help benefit belly fat loss. Like I said I know diet is the most important factor but its not the only factor.

Thanks so much for all the help everyone! I just have a ton of questions though! I do have excess belly fat that I want to lose first off before I even care about getting toned or actually worry about building muscle. Obviously strength muscles won't show if I have fat covering it.
