Morning everyone :) hope you're all having a good weekend. Just weighed in for end of february and lost 3.5lbs this month - I so wanted that extra 0.5lbs to make it 1lb a week!! I never eat all my exercise calories, but I definitely eat some of them as I have bigger portions and some more carbs to give me the energy to exercise! Also it affects your BMR so you're body might need you to eat those calories to avoid the starvation mode problem..........

Morning all :) After my not-so-great couple of weeks recently, I was dreading going out for dinner with friends tonight as I'm out friday night as well! So glad someone else has this problem :) the dreaded things were banished to the back of my wardrobe yesterday. I've gotta fight through my shoes and bags before getting to them, and then take them into the bathroom before standing on them (obs carpet/flooring affects the scales!) so hopefully I'll have come to my senses…

Well thats in theory what would happen: as long as you burn more than you eat you'll lose weight. They must have been inhaling blocks of cheese to only lose about 1lb each!!

With exercise logging, I'm trying to only log my specific exercise sessions: long walks, gym sessions etc. I don't tend to log any general walking I do during the day (from the tube station, to my car etc) as although I might be walking for a bit longer, I was still walking before I started…

I've done photos and measurements because my PT said if you're exercising loads you might not lose weight, but you'll lose inches. That's what I'm hoping anyway!!! It's not too late to do them now, it'll still be really interesting to see how much your body changes, and will keep you motivated to see those inches melting…
