Wow! So many rude comments. She is asking a question. You didn't know everything when you started your journey. Relax! With that being said, I would log it :)

I just thought I was a little overweight. Although I had a hard time running, my clothes weren't fitting right, and the double chin started to turn into a triple chin (at least in my eyes), I was still fooling myself. I finally realized it when looking at a couple of pictures of myself. I couldn't believe how bad it was.…

I have been like that since I was a kid too. I am getting a little better. Used to, I would have to eat one thing at a time. I couldn't take a bite of meat, then potatoes. I had to finish one before I started on another. I think my is more of an OCD thing.

I am very sorry for your loss. I know your pain. I had a miscarriage at an early age and I wasn't sure if I would be able to get pregnant again. I was so depressed. Then, I had two children and a tubal pregnancy. After my tubal pregnancy, I was more depressed than ever because they told me I had less than a 17% chance I…

I feel too guilty on doing a cheat day, so I will have a cheat meal every once in a while. It puts me over my calorie goal, but I never go over my calories to maintain my weight. If I do, I exercise to burn them off. I log all of it though. That's just me.

I will send you a friend request.

I am right there with you. It also kills me when they say don't when it should be doesn't.
-
Feel free to add me. I am always looking for new friends to help motivate them.

I sent you a request. Welcome to MFP :flowerforyou:

Congrats to both of you! You guys are looking great.

I think you definitely need to go back to see the GP. I am also on anti depressants and I've had to change prescriptions because it was like my body got used to them and stopped working. I think you need something stronger. You may also need an anti-anxiety pill to help when you get stressed out. Do not be afraid to talk…

Agree.

The best advice I can give you is go to: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ It will figure your TDEE and your BMR. Then choose your percentage you want to lose (between 20%-25%). It will calculate how much you should eat (step 6). Should be around 1800 calories a day. Good luck!

I've been there too. It happens to me when I up my calories. My body gets used to having so much food, I want more. Try snacking on some carrots, celery, or apples. I know they aren't as tasty as chocolate or French fries :) Also, make sure you're not pregnant. When you're pregnant your cravings are through the roof. You…

Do what works best for you. I would just never go under 1200 calories. All of our bodies are different. I was eating at a 1200-1300 calorie plan for quite a while. I had lost 20 pounds in two months. I switched it up to minus 25% almost a month ago. Since then, I have been on a roller coaster ride where I would lose a…

I don't understand where you think he broke up with you because you're overweight. That doesn't sound like the case at all. He knew your weight and was willing to meet up with you anyway. It sounds like he has some major issues. Maybe he thought it was great that he had someone waiting for him while he was in the service…

Wow! Amazing job! I am so proud of you girl :flowerforyou:

^^Agreed^^ Subtract 20-25% from your TDEE. There is a great calculator on Scooby website too.

An egg (cook with butter flavored cooking spray) Plain Oatmeal Fruits (watermelon, apples, strawberries) Half a serving size of Corn Flakes with 1/2 serving of Pure Almond Milk Here is a link to some other 100 calories ( I didn't check it out, just copied it for you):…

Glad you are back. You cannot think of this as a diet. You have to think of it as a lifelong change. It is hard in the beginning. Nobody wants to give up the food they love. I know I didn't. Your self esteem is pretty low right now. I guarantee once you start losing the weight, you will start feeling better about yourself.…

Yeah...I was thinking the same thing. Why would he have any input on this topic??

I have 2 girls and 1 boy. I had morning sickness and evening sickness with all of them.

LOL! So true!

LOL! Sorry...I don't mean to laugh, but I went through the same thing last month. I have never been top heavy, but I finally found myself liking what I had. Now, they are disappering fast. It just happens for us women. The good thing about losing them is that you can tone them now. If you are worried about guys, don't.…

Ladies doesn't bother me. However, ma'am does. It just makes me feel old. Especially if it's some 20 year old calling me that. But then I have to think that is is a sign of being polite and I get over it.

It is great you are losing and want to celebrate! Instead of celebrating with food, why don't you take the money you would have spent on that meal and go buy something with it? Or maybe you should get a jar and put that money in it and continue to add (the money you would have spent on junk food) each time you hit a goal.…

I am one of those who weigh myself everyday, but only count it once a week. I like to see where I am personally. Some days I gain quite a bit, other days I lose. I do this because I like to think about what I ate the day before and how it affects my weight. I have always heard the best time to weigh yourself is in the…

It does take a while for your stomach to go down. Mine started going down after doing ab crunches. I do about 100 crunches a couple times a week. Drinking plenty of water and watching your sodium intake is also a plus. Good luck!
-
^^Completely agree^^ Mine is pizza as well. I eat about 4 pieces as well. But I work it into my calories. So basically I exercise my butt off and then eat those calories back. I do this once or twice a month.

I have a 5 year old that is super picky and does not like to try new things and a 16 year old that will eat just about anything. I know that I am to blame for my kid's eating habbits and I am trying to change that now. My 5 year old used to love fruit and veggies until he was about 3....then he didn't want anymore. It was…
