  • I am in the same boat- struggling with Hashis and just wanting to feel better. I have recently gone gluten free. I am looking at the paleo diet as a possibility for me. Also, trying to increase my activity in general, which has been hard, bc I feel exhausted all the time.

  • I found out that I have Hashimotos (causing Hypothyroid) in May. I am at 50 mg of the levothyroxine. I am definitely frustrated with how easy it is for me to gain weight, and that it is a struggle for me to lose ANY. I am looking for support too.... :)Ariel

  • I have been giving myself a calorie range 1200-1600 calories a day. I am usually right on the 1200, but a couple days I have been over (but still within my range).
