I got mine for Christmas and I have worn it everyday since. It is really interesting to see what I'm doing from day to day and helps keep me motivated as well. If I haven't gotten in many steps on a Sunday and football is on I will get up and walk around the house during commercials. Really helpful for motivation

I'm 24 years old, 5 foot 8 inches, and a female and I've been eating 1200 for about 6 weeks now and have been losing weight pretty slowly. I just bumped my calories up to 1300 but I feel like I should even be eating more than that. I was able to eat at 1200 calories without getting too hungry because I was working out. I'm…

I never thought I would be able to stick to 1200 calories a day but I can usually do it by reminding myself what I want to accomplish. I know 1200 calories won't be for a lifetime. I am going to lose the weight I need to lose and then move to maintenance. With working out I can sometimes eat 1700 calories a day while still…

anorexia is a symptom: the loss of appetite Anorexia Nervosa is the mental heath disorder Usually those who use the term anorexia as a symptom is a medical professional. When the lay person uses anorexia they usually are talking about the disorder. But all this isn't really related to the main topic

And maybe that is why my weight loss has been pretty slow. It makes me feel like it is almost pointless for me to workout

I have been using the mapmyrun app rather than using what MFP says. Only issue is Usually the mapmyrun app says more than what MFP says. I have also used the runners world calories burned calculator on their website. That and the mapmyrun app usually add up. Im thinking of getting a fitbit but even that isn't a heart rate…

You look awesome! I feel like we have similar stories, like the nursing school stress eating and being a tall girl. I have been trying to get into running but it has been more walking than anything. You're inspirational
