A side garden or caesar salad from Wendy's is good. They also have apple slices. And a rich, meaty chili from Wendy's is only 180 calories if you order a small.

Welcome! Walking is great excercise! Take the baby out for stroller walks and bring the little tike along. Go to the park, push your toddler on a swing, all great stuff! Good for you! Admitting that you want a change is a great first step. This plan really works (as it's really about lifestyle change overall). Hang in there, come the message boards a lot for encouragement, etc. and I KNOW you can do it!

I did WW for awhile but I couldn't afford it anymore. MFP is very similar but I do miss the flex points. I like the advice earlier of just using some "flex" points every so often and ignoring the red "over your calrories for the day " thing. For me - it's important to indulge sometimes so that I don't overeat and give up…

Don't beat yourself up about it. Try to figure out WHY you gorged. Were you emotionally eating? If so, what triggered it and what can you do about it next time? Tomorrow is a new day and I KNOW you can do it!
