I'm disappointed in myself. I lost ~40 lbs. years ago on weight watchers but then fell into a lull of "happy times, happy food..." and gained it all back plus another 35. Good scale?
Any recommendations for a good scale that reads at least quarter pounds? If not 1/5 lbs.? My scale will tell me one weight one second and literally two seconds later will say 4lbs. different.

Elliptical Question
So, when I enter that I've done the elliptical on here for 30 minutes, it says it's worth 506 calories. However, the actual elliptical machine says it's about 180 calories. 506 seems like an awfully lot, what do you think?
