Just starting out

Hi All,

I'm just starting out on this. I did weight watchers about five years ago and lost about 30 pounds but I've gained it all back and then some. The hardest parts about this for me are making sure to log everything (and not lie to myself) and dealing with eating out when it seems like everyone else is having something so yummy!

Looking forward to getting support from these boards :)

  • You don't have to have anything that is bad. I am going to eat out tomorrow, I'm hoping to burn around 800 calories to offset my take out. There is usually a good side to everything, if you know you're going out then prepare and look up the menu either here or online. I do it :)
