This is Spot on! I strongly suggest a Heart Rate Monitor. MFP was telling me 1 hour boot camp was burning 1300+ My HRM says 700-900 cals. I am losing weight again as well because I am not eating back so many calories.

Like everyone else...Just knowing that it is over. It is also nice to see what I have already BURNED when preparing my meals for the day. If the workout is done i can add a few more calories to my meals. If I have not worked out, I do not get to eat that little bit more.

I love this! I have a 1 gallon container at my desk and that is emptied daily here at work. On the weekends I usually get a gallon in during the whole day. Get that money man!
