New and looking for motivation

Hi all! I recently started MFP and am looking for friends to help keep me in line and motivated. I am 42, 5'4 and currently weigh in at 190...urrgh! I recently had a total hysterectomy and in the midst of dealing with the before and after effects have gained, what I consider to be, terrible, lazy weight. My goal is to get back down to 140 and would love to be friends with anyone who is fighting the weight demon too!

    I'm 50you, 5'4", and 218 (started at 232 in Dec 2012). Goal weight is 140ish, BF% of 28%. I'm here daily (all day long it seems) and have an open food/exercise diary. Add me if you like.

    Hi everyone, I'm new here. Not new to losing weight. But I'm here to say I'm looking to lose some more, I have lost 110 pounds in the last 5 years due to having lap band surgery, it was a struggle but it was mainly due to diet changes yes, but I need some motivation in the exercise department.
    I am also looking to "clean" up my eating even more. I'm looking to lose 20 to 30 more pounds and tone up. Feel free to add me and I hope I can get some great support!

    Feel free to add me! I log daily and comment often (sometimes too much according to the paper on this desk). I have a very large group of supportive strangers and we are always welcoming new comers. My only caveat is that after 21 days of not logging i have to delete people because of how many friends I do have that I try to keep up with. If you are dedicated and need a kick I am here to make YOULIGHTER! Side note I have lost 41lbs this year!
