  • Welcome, I started on the site just a few days ago and it is very habit forming to log in and journal my exercise and food. I haven't lost any weight yet, but am gaining stamina for the workouts that I do. Good luck on reaching your goals!
  • portion control is the key thing, try using smaller plates and bowls, fill 1/2 with fruits/ vegetables; 1/4 grains; 1/4 protein and see if that helps. I know that you can do it, but it may be a slow process. I try to aim for no more than 2 lb weight lose per week.
  • I also am a big hot tea drinker however I switch to herbal teas after lunch. I do count the tea as my water intake and also try to drink at least 32 ounces of water each day to counter effect the caffeine in my morning tea. :smile:
