I have been logging my food and exercise since Jan 1st and have stayed under my calorie goal by around 100 calories per day, why would I not be able to lose any weight? How can I find out how many calories I burn doing a particular exercise video? I have over 30 different videos and would like to know which workout burns the most calories.

Hi, I am Kathie and just joined. I love to try new workouts and have a variety of exercise videos as well as a indoor trainer for my bicycle and a treadmill and would like direction in how to mix things up so that I don't just rely on the same workout over and over.
