calories burned

How can I find out how many calories I burn doing a particular exercise video? I have over 30 different videos and would like to know which workout burns the most calories.

    Im pretty sure you'd have to use a HRM to figure this out. The site doesnt list them. You could use "aerobics, general" until you find out for sure.
