I use to do Tae Bo and loved it but it wasn't challenging enough for me. I never was tired or even sweat and I pushed very hard. I don't know if sweating or being tired are indicators of a good workout.

I feel the same. It's very difficult to meet my calorie goal of 1680 because I'm so full.

I am not looking to lose weight but just as another member said I too have noticed yelling about 1200 calories. So I put my age, weight and height on one of those online calculators and that's what it gave me, 1200 calories.
