That's actually the one thing I don't like about losing my weight. My collar bones stick out a lot and I just have never found that attractive on me. However, I do like the fact that I can see my hip bones!

I never eat anything after I have finished my last meal which could be anywhere from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. I cant sleep very well going to bed on a full stomach, plus I love the feeling of waking up hungry. It makes sure I dont skip breakfast.

I cut up an apple and sprinkle a little cinnamon on it, that cures my sweet tooth in the evenings. I also cut up an orange into segments and put it in my water bottle. Makes the water taste sweet. I keep adding water to it throughout the day and then in the evening I eat the juicy orange.
