I just started the 30 day shred today. How does everyone else track this under your exercise for level 1? Does anyone know how many calories are burned during 20 minutes of doing this?
According to this site, to loose weight I am at 1200 calories and 24g of sugar. I have no trouble sticking to the calorie amount but am way over on the sugar.
