  • normally that will wear off after 24/48/72hrs. Stretching helps lots of it and if you are still in pain after a few more days maybe its time to consult a doc.

  • used to play Wii fit with wife and kids but the game got too dull for me so I stop playing it. Like some gals mention you can actually cheat if u swing your remote alot so that's kinda bummer especially for running and stuff.

  • haha same too. my two daughters 6 & 2 dances with me when i use my PS3 for zumba. Sometime they beg me to play the zumba game by themselves so it is fun to watch.
