if you can get a exercise ball....even if its for a little it will keep you upright and make ur back and core work to keep you in place. if you add weights maybe do some leg lifts while sitting or put them in your hands make a X across your chest and do squats into your chair?

she is not dumb for quite a few reasons. she is just misinformed yes she is not correct when my wife and i do stretching and light exercise my 2 3/4 year old will do what we do.

get salmon frozen or freesh ad in frozen veggie medla (already cut and everything) the salmon oil will keep it from sticking mix in a pan if frozen salmon let cook for a couple min then add veggies if thawed add all at once. add some salsa and the end. Yea i would say work around 1300 calories with weight lifting and lite cardio? Not a fitness expert by no means but from what i read you gotta find the = medium that your body responds to.

i like vanilla greek yogurt with just about anything fruit. Also iv done a chocolate protein cupcake with cool whip and marshmellow mixed for frosting. VERY good

Ill have to try that cause i been thinking of what can i add to my chicken, brown rice meals for lunch just scoop some of that on be great. Do you use any oil or anything or just cut it up put it in let bake for a little take it out? I love pistachio they make a butter for that!!!! and i love almonds to will have to try…

I haven't been on it for long but when I did it a couple months ago before my motorcycle accident I ate the myfitnesspal required and I could notice I was losing muscle and fat. I would like to keep the muscle I have and just lose the fat. thanks for the reply's btw

go to a local shoe store that specializes in shoe fitting and performance they will look at your walk, feet and everything and give you a good idea of what is good/not then you just pick from 2-3shoes they give you.

Go to a local shoe store, some will evaluate your feet and recommend a shoe don't be surprised if the shoe runs around 150-200$. Running stores are the best we have fleet feet and a couple others on the west coast. I don't mean big 5 or payless and the likes.
