I love my POlar watch, but it does have a chest strap! I love it for when I do strength training so I can keep my heart rate monitored and it tells calories burned, I have the FT70.

I love Gold Standard Optimum Nutrition whey protein!! My favorite flavor is vanilla ice cream. I mix all my protein powders with Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk. I usually add things like ovaltine, SF, FF pudding mix or extracts. If I mix in a blender i use frozen fruit. OH and I sweeten with truvia or splenda.

I like to put it on salads and the salad dressing adds great flavor, I especially like wishbone basil and ????? something lite vinaigrette and/or french's honey mustard. OH or salsa!!

I use a lot of Jamie Eason (from bodybuilding.com) protein bar recipes. They are pretty good.

bump!! I have some Kale that I tried to put in my protein shake this morning, BAD IDEA!!! My Ninja did a pretty good job chopping it up, but I could still feel it?!?! DIdn't really care for it!!

I tried aa wonderslim shake today, as my boss uses them and it tasted great!! Even when made with plain water and ice!! I was shocked! How are you doing with this??
