<3 (*) My super food today is the lemon. I was feeling very "puffy" lately and a friend told me to drink lemon water to "flush" my system. I drank about 8-10 cups of it for two days and feel a lot better. (*)

Today my superfood is the avocado. I should be stating how wonderful it is for its health. It has lots of B vitamins.. etc... But I just think they taste GREAT!!!

Start with simple steps.. like take out snack foods from your home and snack on fruits, veggies and nuts.

You could take any leftover deglaze and freeze it in ice cube trays. Then when you make a new dish or even want some veggies or stir fry, melt the cube in microwave then use!

Not as much alcohol... but what has helped me keep the weight off is drinking water in between each alcholic drink and als making sangria with white or red wine and some fruit and diet sprite.
