  • When I started the p90x on this go around I followed the meal plan when I started. Fat shred was a joke
  • The man was a para-trooper. Maybe what he needed most was a push to find his mental drive, and most important "Can Do attitude"
  • Finishing week 10 tonight

  • Every time I walk by the scale. I only record new lows, not for the faint of heart. Body weight moves up/down a lot.
  • My wife completed what your describing last year. 90% is mental, and not making excuses. Keep pushing play no matter what
  • I read the following tip: If your losing inches and not weight your body is maintaining. Cut your calories, and drink your water. I exercise a lot and eat well, and I am currently consuming under my "net bmr" Keep switching it up, until you find your correct calories. It is not an excuse to stop :)
  • Yes, but I exercise a lot and eat a-lot just net less bmr
  • Take no meds. I do drink a 3 scoop serving of gnc amplified 60. I have tried weeks mixing with water, and weeks with milk. Has not made a difference.
  • Finished a round last year. Starting week 7 today. Wish I would lose more weight.
  • I don't care if you accept or not. I don't send many friend request, but I do care if your dedicated. If I request someone that is in good shape or making major strides, it is out of respect. Hard to skip days when you know everyone around you is working hard. I cuddle with my wife, I get exercise goals and tips from MFP.
  • Try to change your food choices. Workout in the morning and possibly post your goals, in the bathroom. You then can review them while brushing your teeth for example. I go with plain oatmeal for breakfast with small box of raisins. Limit the poor food choices available. If you have to go get it, might help you feel…
  • I recommend you count the days down and keep a journal. Talk about your thoughts, reps, etc. another thing that motivated me. Most people quit after a couple of weeks. I did not want to be one of those. Take your pictures, and make yourself push play everyday. That helps to remove the excuses. Don't ge frustrated if the…
  • At least 5 times a day. I only post a new number. Find it amazing how much it fluctuates. Also at times I think here comes a bad number, and opposite happens. It works for ME. Some would hate it.
  • If it is outside your normal routine log it. If you feel calories are high reduce. I worked outside and called it work outside.
  • Suck it up. I think most that complain are doing it half effort. Quit watching the time and challenge yourself to go deeper and farther on stretches. Part of the program is training your mind to quit taking the easy route or the excuse route.

  • Push ups, running, pull-ups, short-burst runs. Completed savage race twice and tough mudder once
  • Just finished 3rd week legs and back
  • Force yourself to keep going. If you need to hit pause so be it. Do not skip a day, (Your body will hurt). The results are worth it. You will finish!!! Try to keep adding more weight or reps. Take pics now to keep seeing progress.
  • I completed a 90 day round last year. Started another round in Februay. today I do yoga for week 3. I love the program just wish I would lose more weight.
  • Quit looking to what everybody says. P90x is more mental then physical.
  • I carry my phone and keys in a small zip lock. Works to help keep my sweat off the phone while running and easy enough to run cord out for head phones. I carry a droid x
  • Go run anyway--just remember every 5 degrees over 60 will add 30 seconds onto your time. Dont let your mind or someone else tell you perfect conditions are needed. Just remember hydrate and expect your times to be higher.
  • Weight has been the same since March. I am being told to lose weight, I need to consume over 3000 calories per day. I workout 7 days a week for at least 60 minutes a day. I recommend you sign up for a Tough Mudder or warrior dash, something else your focusing on. Helps your mind think about a different goal and focus more…
  • Get him p90x. He can add me if he wants. I do a-lot everyday. Pushups, decline pushups, chair dips, and monkey bars (every morning), evenings are running or p90x or both.
  • polar 40 all good
  • I live in clermont, on the west side of Orlando
  • P90x is a great workout and within 90 days your building physical and mental strength. The 90 is the number of days your working out on the program. Each day your working a different body part, and working out for 90 minutes a day if you include the abs workout. Your using your own body weight, pushups, pullups, dumbells,…

  • For the pocket book I would recommend you take an extra scoop of a protein shake instead. Shakes your looking from 50c to 1.25 depending on brand. Vs bars that are costing at times upto $3+ each. Also, HFC is placed in a lot of bars. Elite 6 layer protein bars have pretty good taste but are expensive. currently on sale 12…
  • instead of doing protein bars do shakes. Cheaper as well. GNC amplified 60 g of protein for only 280 calories if mixed with water. chicken, turkey, and 93/7 beef are good sources. I eat a lot of protein.
