Because 1 pound of fat and 1 pound of muscle weighs the same. However, muscle takes up less room. In your mind picture a bag with 1 pound of feathers vs 1 pound of steel. steel will be much smaller bag. So, if your turning fat to muscle, the weight could be the same, but your smaller in inches.

No weight loss, all I have left is recovery week 13. Inches dropped, strength gains, definition in upper body. I hate I have not lost weight, but I also plan on doing another 90 days. Today was hard motivation wise. Legs and back Had to keep pushing myself. Wife only did half the workout due to stomach cramps. So, left with 1 more active exercise kenpo and then everything else is "recovery/rest" 780 cal 19% cal fat 22 min fat burn 68 min fitness 134 avg hr 178 max hr
