Moving office locations, and this caused a very late p90x night. Moved office furniture, boxes and unloaded office furniture. Still need to move boxes again. Finished p90x at 12am. Just remind yourself you have come so far, and you don't want to go backwards. For the food make sure your eating every couple of hours and drinking fluids. It helps me fight cravings. If that doesn't work, then tell yourself to bring it and suck it up.

Since, you bring it up. Frozen Yogurt is on the plan. What also is not in the video is doing yard work, house work, extra exercising, running etc. So, if I burn an extra 300+ calories doing those activities yes I will have an occasional soda. I found a study online. 2 hr golf (9holes) 411 calories. So 18 would be 822. Don't forget warming up would give a calorie burn increase.
