  • Nothing, and weigh myself after I go bathroom and first thing in the morning. Your correct weight is always in the morning before you eat and start your day. We'll that's what I've been told.

  • I need some help. I was doing so well since I started way back in January, even lost a few pounds. This weekend I went so far over my calorie limit. I feel so guilty and like I failed, I wonder if its even worth going on with this diet thing. Any advice.
