I like this idea too. Besides, I cannot get onto either photobucket.com or tinypic.com from my office. They are blocked. SO...I'm going to post my pic as my profile pic. I tried to get just the numbers but it's hard when you are half asleep and the only person awake in the house! LOL!!

I couldn't figure out how to work out either with one child and now I have two! You are doing a DVD which is great. I have the same problem with crunches but then I started putting on a toddler DVD or TV show (The Sprout Channel is great with Sesame Street and such!) just so I could get half out in of anything that didn't…

My sister is on MFP and has a similar lifestyle. She has twin 5 yr olds with Autism and sensory issues. She has two older children, 16 and 14. She is a stay at home mom currently and the 14 yr old does cyber school. Friend her as she is very new here as well - - - sunnydaytwins is her screen name I think.

Anything that drops that much weight in 3 days or a week is not healthy and most likely the weight could come back.

Mornings are hard but the more you do it and make it a routine, the more energized you'll feel when the alarm goes off and after the workout. It got easier on me!

I agree with kao708 - you may need to change what you are actually eating in order to get over the hump. If you provide more info, then someone can offer the right suggestion. I had this problem for six months and when someone had me change the type of foods, it helped me. Eating under the calories is not always helpful.…

I did! I'm super excited and hope this gets me more dedicated and over the hump to losing more. I really would like to be in better shape by end of May because we have so many things going on. I really want results!! Great idea the more I think about it!

I would love to join but not sure how to work out the details. I work full time and have two little ones. What would be your best advice to do this? Maybe two 30 minute routines?
