I am doing this program too. The only thing is I got sick the end of the second week with a cold. Stopped working out and the weight started falling off. I think, at least I found, that When i started my body held on to the weight.... I think it wants to turn all the fat into muscle and it knows if it looses fat it may not…

The stats that I have seen is that you will burn an extra 150-250 cal per day if you stand most of the day... That's pretty good in my opinion! That's a pound a month!

My father is an artist. He has been my whole life. Very dedicated. He has shows at galleries. Paints with acrylic most of the time. He loves it... he will paint 8 hours a day. People buy his work .. but he doesn't do it for the money.

Finished day four! It was quite easy. Lots of stretching and balance. Nice recovery!

You can do it! I could hardly walk down the stairs after day 2 but with the motivation of my Hubby I did it! Proud that I did too. Popped an aspirin Stretched out my muscles and felt better. Still in pain today not as much but still hurting. Pumped for day 4!

Nice job... We are about the same! I did the day 2 workout just now! Boy oh boy I'm hot! I am sweating in places I didn't know I would sweat! My hair is wet! Time for a shower! I couldn't do all the push-up stuff. I am just horrible at push-ups! How did you do?

Having lunch before the fit test was a bad idea! I almost threw up! Here are the numbers in order they are on the sheet. 68, 29,57, 14,7,11, 1 (i cant do a push up to save my life!), 24. Im not sure how I did... I know I pushed myself and maybe need a less slippery area to work out in.

I have bodymedia, I find it very accurate when paired up with mfp. If I add up all calorie deficits and divide by 3500 it is almost exactly how many pounds I lost. It's great! Easy to figure out what to do to lose weight.
